New generation X-ray single crystal orientation system - s-Laue
A new generation X-ray single crystal orientation system based on circular full two-dimensional detector technology recently released. This device is equipped with a six axis sample stage, which has the characteristics of low power (30KV/1.5mA, therefore low radiation), simple operation, and high testing efficiency (typical testing time is 60 seconds). It can provide two types of equipment: desktop and portable (soon to be released, please look forward to it). It can meet the needs of laboratory for single crystal orientation of small samples and can also be used for on-site crystal orientation of large parts.
