Magneto optic Kerr effect system - NanoMOKE3
A magneto-optical Kerr effect system, NanoMOKE3, with a sensitivity of 10-12 emu and dynamic magnetic domain observation, was designed and manufactured.
NanoMOKE3 is a next-generation ultra-high sensitivity magnetometer and Kerr microscope. Building upon the tremendous success of NanoMOKE2, Nano-MOKE3 integrates high-quality laser magnetometers and dynamic Kerr microscopes into a system. NanoMOKE3 is highly sensitive to longitudinal, transverse, and polar magneto-optical Kerr effects, making it an ideal measurement tool for studying magnetic thin films and magnetic microstructures. Widely used in magnetic fields such as magnetic nanotechnology, spintronics, and magnetic thin films.

NanoMOKE3 has ultra-high sensitivity and powerful measurement functions. The clever design of the system and specialized operating software make the complex experimental process simple, allowing users to quickly obtain reliable experimental data and realize their precious research ideas. The new generation NanoMOKE3 has been upgraded with an ultra fast CCD, making it more convenient for users to test.

NanoMOKE3 system features:

1. Very high sensitivity and stability, extremely low noise, can detect magnetic moments as low as 10-12 emu.
2. Highly focused laser, with a laser beam spot of up to 3 μ m. It is easy to perform performance testing on local or individual structures of the sample.
3. Advanced sample positioning technology. Integrating an optical microscope in the optical path to observe the focal point and size of the laser beam spot; Scanning Kerr microscope can detect the AC magnetic susceptibility image and reflectance image of the sample, helping users select the precise measurement area of the sample.
4. Flexible and open system design. All optical devices are installed on a standard optical platform, allowing users to adjust the optical devices to meet their research needs.
5. Arbitrary magnetic field waveform control. Multiple types of electromagnets can be selected: quadrupole magnets, dipole magnets, and solenoid magnets, which can easily generate various complex magnetic fields on the surface of the sample.
6. LX Pro, a simple and user-friendly specialized operation and control software. This software is based on Microsoft's Windows system and can automatically complete all experiments and process experimental data.
